How do I make sure my Z-Wave devices are routing optimally?

In order to ensure that your Z-Wave mesh network routes optimally, initiate a Z-Wave network repair from the mobile app:

  1. Tap the menu (Android) / More (iOS)
  2. Tap the Hub
  3. Tap Z-Wave Utilities
  4. Tap Repair Z-Wave Network
  5. Tap Start Z-Wave Network Repair

You will see this message: "Z-Wave network repair started."

Do not send any commands to your devices until you receive the "Z-Wave network repair finished" message. This may take up to 15 minutes.
